The Lift King Light Duty Package comes with everything needed to remove or install OEM pickup boxes of all sizes including 8’ dually boxes.

Once the pickup box is disconnected and ready for removal, the Lift King Main Component converts from the stored position to the working position within 1 minute and little effort. There are no tools needed. The Main Component is then connected to the pickup box using the Lift King Box Attachment, and the box is safely removed in less than 5 minutes including the original set up time.

This application requires no human lifting of any type, and only one technician of any size or strength for pickup box removal or installation.

The Stabilizer Bar and Stabilizer Carriage is designed to eliminate the bounce. This is a great option when heavy collision repairs are being performed, box sides are being replaced, and when technicians have the need to get inside the box while on the Lift King Main Component.

This package comes with two rear mounting options, the tilt scoop, and a non-tilt bracket.

Option 1 – Tilt Scoop Mount: This application requires the grill to be removed. It allows the technician to remove the semi hood, quickly, safely, and with little to know effort. This is a great option when performing collision repairs, fiberglass, or aluminum repair. The technician can tilt the hood to the perfect angle and perform repairs in the most visible and comfortable position.

Option 2 – Non-Tilt Mount: This application does not require the grill to be removed.  It allows the technician to remove the semi hood, quickly, safely, and with little effort. This is a great option when performing mechanical repairs that require the hood to be removed.

Both applications make removing a semi hood a very EASY, Fast, and SAFE process for one technician.  It also allows the technician to relocate the hood anywhere in the shop at ease. The hood is very secure when using the Lift King.

Semi Hood Dolly: The Semi Hood Dolly is a great added feature and a must have for all big truck repair shops. The Semi Hood Dolly is designed to easily maneuver a semi hood around the shop with ease and can be done by one technician.

The two front arms swivel and are adjustable to accommodate most hood designs. The rear stabilizer bar is telescopic to accommodate most inner hood designs and to better balance the hood into the best working or storage position. This dolly comes with large front casters to make pushing the hood over paint booth grates an easy task.
